Renewed my recommendation on the 11th…
Renewed my recommendation on the 11th of September. Received a PDF of recommendation quickly. I paid extra for a hard copy of recommendation and a card but after two weeks have received nothing. I called last week and verified my info but still waiting. Used there chat messenger also no gratification. Finally received card and document October 2nd and post mark shows processed Sept 29th at Santa Ana Post office. Three weeks to go maybe 100 miles. Maps says 1 hour 26 minute drive.
