Bad ordering experience
To be honest this was a bad customer experience for me, not from the support but the process itself. I tried to contact their customer service right after I made the order (ring size error) and again after I got no reply (2 hours later). Nowhere in the process is there a way to cancel/amend the order. This buffer time is pretty standard in most businesses and should be a step as mistakes happen from time to time. I would understand if I only realised the error after 6 or more hours after the order was already in progress, but I was frantically trying to find info on where to cancel/contact you to stop the process minutes after to no avail. Not something I would like to do again. Now I have had to pay for the return of the item and there's the lost time of waiting for something I can't use. Not to mention the needless waste of logistical resources too. Naturally, I won't be making a reorder or using WatchesOnline again as their ordering/shipping/logistics processes are very outdated and its been very frustrating watching this order flow continue. The downstream effect of this is just so wasteful.
