3 Pairs with Broken Zippers!! Slow Customer Service
I have bought quite a few pairs of these shoes. With the first pair, the Zipper broke within a couple of months and I ordered 2 more pairs so I could have a spare, hoping the first zipper issue was a one-time thing. The 2 new pairs........both Zippers broke in less than 3 months. Because we had 2 pairs the shoes were not worn every day, we switched back and forth between the 2 pairs. So actual wear and tear would be about a month and a half. I have been sent one free pair as a replacement. But that took months. Without shoes that fit the SMO's the child cannot wear them at all. It will take customer support over a week to answer each email and the process of getting a replacement entails many emails back and forth. they want photos, and measurements and will try to tell you that you have bought the wrong size even when physical therapists say they are the correct size for the child's foot. I wish there were more options for extra wide shoes that fit SMO's because this is very frustrating. For the price of these shoes, Billy Footwear should have faster customer service and they should last more than 2-3 months.
