Awful first cruise
-Room not cleaned on arrival (after 3:00pm). Dirty floor & used cups. -Empty mini bar on arrival and even after phoning guest services asking it to be filled. ---Mini bar not filled all week despite phone call and in person at guest services. -Told mini bar included when purchasing but staff says not -Nowhere to sit for any activities held. Standing room only as there were so few activities. -All activities full as too many people and not enough to do -Tasteless food. Shocking bad food in marketplace despite lots of options. -Never enough space or seats in marketplace -Only 2 ping-pong tables so always in use -8:30pm shows all booked up immediately. 7:00 too early with 6:00 dinner and 10 too late so we generally missed the only decent 30min entertainment each night -Plugs too low make it hard for some devices to plug in -All towels removed one day and not replaced so could not shower after returning from a day excursion in port -Lerwick excursion a joke. Queued into theatre waited an hour then marched back out again. Waited an hour in the cold rain to get back to the ship. Priority all let on first. -Nothing to actually do during the day, especially in poor weather. -WiFi way too high and a rip off cost we refused to buy for kids -Ship hotspot patchy coverage -Nowhere to hang wet clothes -Couldn't connect to Bluetooth speaker -Ruined clothes from black tar / diesel particles from exhaust over Horizon deck -Few rip-off price stores on board -Over 5 photographers trying to attract you to overpriced photos every time you walk past -Argument over retuning a bracelet that broke the first time it was worn the next day -Receipt raffle not held in the advertised EFFY store so we missed it -Nothing to do each day and evening -Pushy store staff Update - The automated response from MSc clearly shows how little they care about customers bad experiences
