Pathetic app and pathetic customer service
Pathetic app - half the time it shows you all the hotels in the area that you are interested in and other times it excludes certain ones. It is incredibly frustrating and time consuming just trying to search for the right hotel. It is also Virtually impossible to contact the hotel in question – emails are not replied to and a premium rate number is the only contact number given. Absolutely pathetic service. I have used their hotels numerous times, but the service never improves. Very disappointing
