Ordinarily, online companies are just that; speaking to a real person is a challenge. However, my call was answered swiftly, my queries were responded to by the knowledgeable and helpful Ashley and my order was placed. I wouldn't buy carpet from anywhere else as their prices cannot be beaten and they offer a wide range of options. Delivery was swift and without hassle.
