Ich habe im Mai 2020 eine Intex Salzwasseranlage gekauft. Juni 2021 kommt ständig eine Fehlermeldung, zu wenig Salz, obwohl der gemessene Salzgehalt stimmt und die Anlage regelmäßig gereinigt und entkalkt wurde. Auf die Reklamation hin, die lapidare Aussage, das dies an den Platinen liegt und die eine Garantie von 1 Jahr haben. In der Antwort war aber gleich der Link zu den Ersatzteilen. Nach weiteren Versuchen in Kontakt zu kommen, Antwort ich soll mich an den Händler wenden. So reagiert der Profi für Pools auf Reklamationen.
