They started charging me more money…

They started charging me more money without my consent for an internet subscription after a year, because according to them I was signed up for a promotional pricing, and the promotion expired after a year. They didn't want to refund the difference so I cancelled the service. The service itself wasn't the best. Wifi was very spotty on our smart tv. Fyi, this is for Spectrum's internet service in Los Angeles.
