The quality of Care

Following the death of our mother, We were advised to contact the Sales and Lettings company Phillips George. They came straight to the house when we asked them to, took great detail of the building, contents and outside area, including the general location. and provided some awesome advice. In the meantime, my sister had seeked advice from another estate agents, and we had been provided with their brief quote. As a direct result of the Phillips George advice, My brother and I carried out some simple work in and outside the building, as a direct result, the house went up for sale and we finally were offered and accepted some £30,000 more than our sister's quote., this also being in the face of this latest falling house prices. The house is now the property of a lovely young couple and child. We wish them as much fun, love and freedom which we also received. I have to try to let you understand the high quality of not only the advice, the work carried out by Phillips George, but the freedom to talk as and when we needed to, I pinpoint all staff, but the main point of that contact was Samantha Vannuil. She kept a totally positive and clear line of information coming through to us and the young couple, and I have to take my hat off for the absolute professionalism that was provided.
