This company is very misleading
This company is very misleading. The person we were organising the lip synch battle event offered us the venue of pineapple studios and told us in order to secure this time (7pm) and date (on a Saturday) we needed to pay a deposit, she didn't mention that she hadn't even checked that they are open that late on a weekend. When she did check and found out that pineapple studios closes at 6pm on a weekend and unfortunately alternatives that did not meet the standard or kudos that pineapple studio represents, were then offered, when declined then refused to pay back our deposit. This means she had been dishonest about what she was able to provide from the very beginning Very very disappointed in the services and will not be used again. Will also be warning those booking through this company that what is being promised through a deposit may not be what is actually delivered or achieved.
