Customer service not great
I love sticksNSushi & normally enjoy a take away from kings Rd Chelsea. This time they missed a main dish. It was on the list, marked as supplied in the bag BUT missing when I got home. This is more about customer care than the food. Offered a refund or to add it to my next order. Someone missed out on their dish on our meal that was paid for & not supplied so it just doesn’t go far enough to solve. This is where you guys let yourself down. A very disappointed customer. No delivery offered.
