homeneedsappliances-poor services

I ordered a fridge/freezer from this shop which was, eventually, delivered at 9pm, despite being given several estimated delivery times. However, the door on the fridge/freezer would not close properly and there was a hole in the freezer door. I reported this and they came to take it back. I then went back to the shop and specifically stated that I wanted a 50/50 frost free. When it arrived it was the wrong size, a 60/40, not what I had ordered, so they took this one back. The third was delivered and although it was the correct size, I found hairs in the freezer compartment and immediately contacted them and was told it had been due to the weather whilst they were delivering it. I did not want to make a fuss, so I filled the freezer with food. However, the next morning, there was a puddle of water on the floor beside the freezer, it was not working at all and all my food was defrosted. I then found a sticker on the back of the fridge/freezer which stated "CURRYS FAULTY ITEM", even though I had been assured it was brand new. After several calls and being given a time slot for uplift, they finally came 2 days later, time I had to take off work. I emailed several times to complain and seek compensation for the food waste and time off work. Only one of my calls was answered, but they subsequently hung up the phone. They have since said that they did not charge me for a delivery or collection of the faulty goods and have now been ignoring all emails and phone calls.
