Very disappointed wish I had read these reviews after trading in my s20. Was told my phone had screen burn apparently so they want £50 from me.They sent me a photo of a phone with a picture of the screen which looked like a small thumb print I Know there was nothing wrong with the phone when I sent it to them.It looks like they do this to everyone who trades in there phone.Be aware I tried to complain but can't get anywhere.I have always had samsung phones and tablets washing machines.But after this experience won't be buying any of there products intje future. Feels like I've been scammed by them. I suppose they will lose out in the end if they do this to all there loyal customers so be aware.
