Mona Samandi and Panache 5-Star service
I have just completed the booking of my 15-day Cruise with Panache. My Cruise Connoisseur was Mona Samandi. I cannot say enough to praise Mona adequately. The entire process from initial contact through to final booking was incredibly smooth, easy and straightforward. Mona made sure she understood me, and what I was looking for and went out of her way to help, especially answering the many questions that I asked. These all involved further research and discussion between her and the Cruise company (Seabourn) and at no point did Mona get frustrated with me, at times changing my mind and asking for many options to be reviewed and costed. I know that I added additional challenges onto Mona being a Solo traveller, but at no point was this an issue. It was a pleasure dealing with Mona
