Over a month dealing with this and now having to wait 2-4 weeks for the DMV so will be a total of 2 months ridiculous!
They took weeks to get this completed First they said oh we hired new dr you are 25 on the list now 8 while I tried multiple times to text the system with zero response I had to call multiple times and was basically lied to saying I was 8th on the list and still waiting until I spoke to the actual manager who said no there in fact is still no hired dr. Then I waited an entire week after the dr was hired and I had to keep calling daily to make sure it was processed. In the meantime the actual web site had issues and kicked deleted me as a client and the person under the manager told me I did it when I didn't. It restarted everying and was awful. When I did finally get approved - it I never got an original signature so HAD to upload it on the DMV website and am STILL WAITING to get the placard from the DMV so its well over a month since I started this process and still dont have a placard NOT ACCEPTABLE that I was lied to by Sam and she was very short with me. Jessica was nicer but still I was not told the truth by either about NO DOCTOR SITUATION and then having them Sam blame me that I in fact deleted my order when in fact the website was having huge issues as well.
