Pristine Auction

Original invoice altered to reflect reprint instead of original, screenshots of original and altered have been taken. Same invoice different headings.
On June 9th, 2025 I purchased what was labeled as an original led Zeppelin concert poster and concert ticket from pristine auctions. When I received it, the poster was actually printed in 2024. While I believe the ticket is authentic, the poster is definitely not and when I went back into the photos on the auction, they cannot be enlarged in order to see the reprint date. So that is not something that would have been evident that someone would think deviated from the title "original." What is most disturbing is that I screenshot my original invoice with that original heading saying that these were original. I just went back into my invoices and brought up the invoice for this purchase and the title has now been changed to a "reprint." I have screenshots of both. They should not be able to alter an original invoice which makes this site incredibly suspect. ***EDIT per Pristine Auctions Response*** After receiving the item I purposefully went back into the listing and took a screen shot and enlarged the poster photo and it blurred to the point the 2024 date COULD NOT BE READ. Additionally, the listing I bid on did not indicate reprint for the poster. As my invoice has been retroactively altered, I'm sure the listing has been also to show a clearer date on the poster and the title to include the word "reprint." This alteration would not have been done if there weren't complaints. I stand by my original review. I'm lowering this to 2 stars because of no apology for confusion from their original listing when they responded here, and flat out altering my invoice and not acknowledging that constitutes what I would consider unethical practice. I also found nothing on their site where it said that I could contact them directly about this. I didn't pay much for it, but it's not about how much it's paid. It's about the ethical practices. Not much that they could have done about it. I would have kept the ticket for the money that I paid and not returned any of the items but reaching out to them doesn't let other people know that they are doing this.
