Tempo Move/App hardly work
Hate to write a negative review, especially about something that has potential, but the Tempo Move and app are awful. Hardly ever works. So glitchy. And would rarely connect to my tv. Once working - the classes are good! And I like the coaches! But I’m not going to put for something that works not even half the time. I’ve become so frustrated with the customer service experience as well. Claiming I can’t cancel because my email address is inaccurate… which it’s not. Improve your app. Improve your reliability. Don’t try to offer too much when your product won’t work. Wishing this company well in improvement - because of it did work, I’d look to keep using.
