Trash. Supposed to represent consumers, not so much. They go out of their way to make excuses for companies like lyft who steal and exploit their drivers and then suspend their accounts by mistake, and won't refund them when they have to fix Lyft's fuckups for them. They're in the WRONG BUSINESS. FIND A COMPETENT LAWYER ELSEWHERE.
