Audley travel hold themselves as experts which from our experience that’s not the case. From the outset fairly important specific details in our itinerary were missing ie flight times, & pick up times. When queried we were advised that the South America team could not guarantee a regular airlines flight times six weeks prior to take off! We also requested 5 star travel only to find as we passed by the business seas we were in economy, for all our 5 local trips. A final comment: unfortunately we had to cancel the last part of our trip due to my wife being ill. When we requested a refund we were told there was a 14 day cancellation requirement. Interestingly the hotels website states 7 days! We won’t be using Audley again.
