Made an order 3rd May. 12th of may still not sent, going on holiday, so i messaged approved food to cancel order, was replied to by Beth saying its left the ware house (very convieniant) I had no email from either approved food or courier DX. Saying it was on its way ? THEY WILL NOT REFUND until the parcel is back in the warehouse, that same day I gets a message from the courier saying delivered exact, on tracking the parcel I found it said left in safe place the porch . I don't have a porch ???? upon notifying Beth twice of the current circumstances she has chose to totally ignore my emails. so no refund no parcel and Approved food don't give a iota Be assured it will eventually happen to you , they use a incompetent courier service and they don't care once they have your money
