Really disappointing customer service
Really disappointing customer service. Poor dispute management. I have no issues with the products but hope they resolve their communication issues as discussed with them. I hope that going forward they are able to put in place protocols to advise clients on completion dates, expected delivery and dispatch dates. Staff training on dispute management/customer service would also be helpful as today's communication was really disappointing.
