Great security and follow up
I had some issues receiving emails from what looked like legit swyftx emails, advising my account had been breached. Knowing there are scams about, I just changed my password, checked my account hadn't been touched. After numerous emails over a period of time stating the same thing. I got in touch with swyftx online/live chat team. They were super helpful and thorough. They confirmed the emails I had been receiving were scam emails and advised me the small details that would allow me to identify this in the future. They followed up with me multiple times go ensure my query had been completed. I honestly can't fault their security at this point. Their app for crypto is quite user friendly for someone that is not overly technical savvy. I appreciate this application.
