Horrid service and A NON GENUINE IPHONE!
I had ordered an iPhone 13 Pro Max around 3 months ago, the quality on arrival seemed fine, however recently I had gotten light water damage on it, of which I sent it back to get fixed as I paid for 2 year warranty. They declined, they sent the phone back WITH THE $80 SCREEN PROTECTOR MISSING. Keep in mind they didn't even open the phone, just sent me an image of the LCI. They also told me before I sent it in to erase the data on the icloud website, which I did to get it fixed and it turns out I don't even need to do that. So now I have lost all my important data for no reason whatsoever on my phone that I got repaired elsewhere for $300, and the phone repairer told and explained to me how I got scammed on this purchase due to half of the parts being NON GENUINE. WHICH PROBABLY EXPLAINS THE WATER DAMAGE? I am absolutely appalled by my experience with these guys, they have stolen my screen protector, time, and money on the purchase of the phone. I would very VERY strongly advise you do not go anywhere near this business as they had no sympathy whatsoever for the whole experience. $900+ out of pocket gone due to a crappy company. Thanks a lot.
