Could be better with a phone check box
I would give you 5 stars, but for difficulty making payment. I completed ALL the detail of the booking several times, only for the process to fail at the final payment stage. At this stage I was transferred to a web-page requiring a bank "password", but the page was not accessible (sad-face), and I don't have a password on the account! I tried phoning your telephone number, but got no reply for half-an-hour, and hung up. Eventually one of your staff phoned me back, and processed the transaction verbally, so we got there in the end. Why not offer customers a check box to request telephone help when they have difficulty, like me - it would make things easier?
