Great service when you have a faulty scooter (in warranty)
After 3 months their electric scooter (pure air 3) showed in the display an error code. I reported the problem and the attention received was fantastic. Quick reply from the after sale service (through email) and they were very helpful. Sent a return box with instructions, box picked up by courier organised by the Pure company. Returned the scooter and within a week they made the diagnosis and sent a new one. Great after sale experience.
