Fraud, chaos and theft
It's unbelievable how this company doesn't control information. After the contract ends, they keep charging fees. They have no idea what they sold and what they deliver. Now, 8 months after the contract ends, they're charging me for a router they never gave me. It's simply unbelievable. Next year, maybe they'll remember that they gave me a car...
