Solid upgrade for electrical contracting
About 6 months ago, we implemented Deskera for our electrical contracting business after considering several options, including some industry-specific software. We ultimately chose Deskera for its price and simplicity. Setup took about three weekends to transfer our customer database, parts inventory, and job history. The quote and invoice templates were easy to customize, which helped maintain our professional appearance.Job costing has improved. We can track labor and materials per project and identify our most profitable job types. Our technicians appreciate checking inventory and updating job status from their phones instead of calling the office. The system can be slow during busy times. Overall though, it's been a good replacement for our previous systems.
