Basic - rude - never again
Basic - website to check in and select seats was very poor, check in staff at Dalaman, the rudeness of the lady was incredible, she talked over me and just repeated pay £100 or leave the line, I had already checked in the night before but had not received a qr code luckily the tui rep did it again for me, alongside lots of other people who had the same problem. The plane was very hot and uncomfortable - never again will I use this airline
