Fulfilment & shipping takes too long
I ordered a 3 month sub on 15/09, hoping I'd receive all 3 in time for Xmas. It is now 3/11 (10 weeks since order placed) and I haven't even had one crate go out, let alone be received. I asked for an ETA and they copy/pasted a roundabout response with no actual dates. I asked for refund but they refused. Would not recommend this service, wish I didn't waste money on it.
