Use a different airline!!
Do not use these cowboys, seriously way too expensive and when your luggage gets damaged they tell you it’s tough basically. Honestly the worst!! Do not use them as they are just awful in every aspect!! So you reply without any positive outcome and just your normal pathetic “we aim to be better” RUBBISH LIES!!!
