Ruchika...She's amazing over the last 7 years!
For the last 7 years we have only ever used Southall Travel for our holidays abroad. The only reason for this is a person called Ruchika! She has been are sole contact at Southall, she is always very pleasant very swift in finding me and my family the right package be it flight only or the whole holiday package. She is very professional in her approach and will always call you back with options. Over the years we have given her various scenarios of large family booking and she always come up with the solution.
