Hopless click and collect and customer service
Shocking click and collect at Box Hill store. I paid online and drove down to the store. There was no click and collect area so I was told to cue for the counters. Finally when I got to the front they said, sorry we could not find that fishing rod. That was it. No apology, no alternative solution. So I said "What do you want me to do". Oh, we'll call it a short pick. "What does that mean?". Oh you'll get s refund not sure when that will be. That was it, the drip of a staff member just moved on to the next person. What an absolute joke. First don't offer click and collect of you don't have live stock on hand. Second, teach you staff some basic customer service - like how to say sorry. Hopeless. Don't bother.
