I have been involved in a probate case. And needed a attorney I was searching for weeks, before l found contracts counsel. It's great l posted my case and almost immediately l got 2 bids. Attorney l hired explained how many hours my case needed. But it could take less hours or more, it's just a rough estimate. And after the case / project is done you get a invoice with the bill. There's some service fees, but l was/ am fine with that. All in all its been a good experience. I got a good attorney, with good reviews. I am sure they all are good. Make sure that you are clear and provide all information to the attorney. So you both will have a good outcome of the project.
