GRANDMA WENDY'S SUCCESS

Hi my name is Wendy W. I am a Grandma of 59 Years of age, I have 4 beautiful Grandchildren who I love so much and would do anything to help support them through these challenging, uncertain times. I have always said I wanted to do a course to help the mental wellbeing of both my Grandchildren and other children in need by volunteering my services to the community. I hummed and hard about doing the course initially because I didn't believe myself to be capable of completing it successfully much to my family's surprise I completed and enjoyed the experience of something that I am so... passionate about. I finally took that big step and I haven't looked back. My family are very proud of me. Learning Online supported me throughout my successful processes. The learning was organised, set out, easy to understand and complete with rave reviews from Elizabeth my Counsellor Assessor and mentor. Elizabeth was always contactable, prompt, friendly, helpful, supportive, quick on marking my assessments and giving fantastic useful and helpful remarks when assessing my Assignments. With a smile on the other side, thank you for your support Elizabeth! I feel complete and happy that I have achieved what I thought I could never do. I say to those of you who are in doubt, just do it you won't look back. Now I can move forward to helping those children in need with a passion that has made me feel complete. I am now helping 2 of my school aged Grandchildren in classroom, reading and doing Canteen duty once a week with a view to helping more needy children through the counselling or mentoring processes.
