I would give zero stars if possible. Months ago I thought that this sham of an attorneys office was going to help me with LexisNexis as there page says they do. After much back and forth and sending reports to them as well as my disputing 100+ pages of incorrect information with lexisnexis (which they supply to credit reporting agencies and their own sage stream), these people decide that they won't help me because the information on my report is incorrect personal information that's being reported. Why they advertise that they help with lexisnexis reporting issues is beyond me because they most certainly do not. They are just a scam! That's what Lexisnexis does is report personal information to credit bureaus and of course sage stream which the own. Now sage stream has scores which of course are low (not at all close to my really credit scores)because of the multiple incorrect addresses, phone numbers, names etc and this sham of a company after months of back and forth says we can't or don't want to help even though their page clearly says they handle these matters. My advice to anyone planning on using them is to find someone else!! All they will do is waste your time! All along I thought they were helping me. What a Joke I most definitely do not take your reply as serious. My file has me living in multiple States multiple addresses multiple names multiple phone numbers multiple email addresses none of which are mine that information is spread over to sage stream from there it spread to the other credit reports which I spent years getting this information off of so you are completely wrong when you're saying that that is valid information on my report it is not. I never received any letter from you I never received a single thing except talking to an assistant that went over everything and even Lexus Nexus said the information over a hundred items were incorrect. So I'm not sure exactly what you look for but now you have personal information of mine that is incorrect and correct because there is some correct information mixed in and you did not help me at all clean up the mess that they made they are reporting this information to credit bureaus and after 5 years of trying to get wrong address is off the three major ones now I found out where they're coming from and yet you refuse to help me do it and they refuse to correct it so you are the worst attorneys I have ever dealt with I do not in any way think you deserve even one star you deserve negative Stars. To anybody reading this do not use them they will lead you on waste your time and not help you at all. My sage stream score is based on information that they have it's funny because they have me as having no education when I do have higher education but that's okay according to you. According to sage stream that gives me a lower score. They have another reason of multiple addresses to you that's not an issue to me it is that lowers my score and the addresses are wrong they're in states that I've never even lived in I can go on and on but I do not accept your explanation at all you are the worst attorneys I have ever dealt with in my life.
