The worst company ever
The worst company ever. They are scamming people. I went on the Ryanair website to buy a flight ticket, and chose the additional luggage. After confirming the flight and extras, another page opened called Esky. When I checked the price it was higher than the initial flight ticket but I realized that I added extra luggages, so it should be that. When checking my emails, I realized that I don't have any extra luggage, instead, I paid for a agency fee, esky fee. Never in my life heard about them before. I only buy flight tickets straight from their website. What happened now, is clearly a big scam. Tried to speak with an agent with no success.
