Very friendly, pleasent staff.
- No friction, very pleasant staff at Sydney airport. - However, to improve, please advise us, the customers about the toll roads and how it is being charged. I wasn't sure if the car had a tag...., I was terrified that the charges need to be paid in 24 hrs and what I will be charged by the rental company at the end including the late charges. - The first rental in April 2018 was a newer car, clean and great to drive. The second rental in May 2018 was an old car, didn't smell nice inside, with lots of damages on the body. - You could paint a "RedDot" Dot a big larger, it is hard to find.
