Poor Customer Service
I recently purchased a Respironics Wisp Nasal Complete System × 1with Fabric Frame. This will be the 5th cpap mask I have bought but the 1st time I purchased from CPAP Outlet. The order was confirmed immediately and shipped out the next day. I received the mask promptly. Unfortunately the head gear does not fit making the whole mask too tight. I have the adjustments at the very end. I am 67 yrs old and I do not have a big head. So, I can't use the mask. I called customer service and explained the situation looking for a refund. I was told that the kit comes with the standard size headgear. When I selected the mask online, there was no indication of any other sizes available. However CS told me I can buy a larger head gear for $55. I have never ever bought a mask that didn't fit so why would I want to purchase a 2nd head gear when that total price would be much higher than any other kit. CS suggested that I should have gone to sleep stores in my area to try on masks first. Really!!??. So I can then buy from them. What a stupid suggestion. I asked to have a Manager call me back because CS was not doing anything about this. Well either she didn't forward the message or Management decided they didn't want to call. It has been 7 business days and no response. So if this is how this company does busniness than you will never ever get my business again. It scares me to think about purchasing a CPAP machine for hundreds of dollars if this is to be expected. Thanks goodness I didn't. Poor poor service if management can't even follow up with their customers.
