Poor service
Paid hoping to get an earlier test in my local test centre but for 2 months have not received any notifications, nothing. Seems like the app is not searching at all. Ended up have to change the test myself (my original test booked is not in local). Was refused to get refund due to that. And even if it said unlimited test changes until you pass but in fact not. I failed my test and asked them to reactivate my account but they need me to pay again.
