There are already 3 weeks since I try to make a withdrawal and nobody is giving me any answer or explanations why all the withdrawal there are declined,I make a withdraw, after 5 minutes I have the money back in the account, I try speak with them on live chat,I send several e-mails, I spend more then 20 euros to call them every day to ask for an explanation, they always say it s a techical problem and they gonna send my request to the specific departament which is responsable for that,every day the same story and nothing is solved, now I can not open anymore a new chat to speak with them, they block me, I play on bets more then 10 years, but I never meet so incompetent people in my life, it s unbelieveble, one day I call them and the guy tell me that if I want to deposit 20 euro, I need to play with them and then I can withdraw🤣🤣🤣, I tell him that he don t know what is speaking and then he say, there are accounts and accounts, I m so dissapointed with them, now I stay with my money in the account and I can t do nothing, reclamation to Police!
