Ok product, but....
We had a shipping problem, but they were very responsive and helped us out. The one disappointment was the quality of the slider knob on the latch. It was machined crooked. We couldn't attach it for our customer's gate looking like that, we were in a time crunch, so we ended up buying just the knob (from a different company), and machined it to replace the crooked one. Then it worked and looked great.
