Definitely the worse company I have…
Definitely the worse company I have ever the displeasure to deal with! Very poor customer service and threatening behaviour, read on! Placed my order February 3rd and paid fully for 2 systems. Contacted them many times over intervening period and finally received the first 2 boxes out of 6 on 27/08 (yes almost 7 months after order), with final 2 boxes received on 1st October (8 months after order so 5 months late). Shortly before receiving 1st part of order I contacted my bank for a refund (Australian credit guarantee scheme), and yes this is almost 7 months since placing the order, but on learning that the order delivery was imminent (claim by Skywind) I asked my bank to suspend my requested refund which they did. I kept my bank informed at every stage (various package receipt) and asked them to wait until last packages were received. Then on 8th October i received an email from PayPal requesting payment on advice from Skywind, I declined payment and replied to PayPal advising no refund had ever been received. Then shortly after more emails from Skywind to whom I replied making it very clear that no refund had ever been received and asked them to contact PayPal to request details as my attempt to contact PayPal had not been suspenseful (very poor complaints system but that’s another story. To this date no refund has been received and Skywind have sent another threatening email, the last threatening interpol (what jokers, bring it on!). My advice is stay well clear of this company, just not worth the trouble! I note Skywind response (below) to my review, their take is totally inaccurate and misses the detail of many communications I sent prior to final delivery of goods. The fact is no refund has been received despite Skywinds claim so their issue should be with PayPal. If I do receive a refund in due course I will return to source. It is clear from reading other reviews about Skywind that the company take an aggressive approach to any issue raised. I am not a scammer, my view is their claim is tantamount to slander which will not go unrecognised should they continue their ascertains. Update - Refund was finally received from PayPal which I forwarded to Skywind, not a word heard from them which hasn't changed my opinion of the company.
