Loved therapist, not cool that I cant book another session until I've completed the previous, therapist was on vacation multiple times so I wasnt always able to book 4 sessions per month for both reasons, was not told until ten minutes before last session that services were not available in NY. Therefore, last session was not completed. Didnt get to thank or say goodbye to therapist. It triggered the rejection and abandonment trauma I struggle with. I spent the day crying. Since I got no notice, it will take months to find a therapist here and now I dont even want to participate. It took me 8 years to get help. Dont want to start all over. Was not credited for therapist not being available or for the last weeks I couldnt schedule because I wasnt given notice.
