Lack of engagement
The Kaplan online material, especially for the GRE, is great. It helps me a lot in understanding the GRE. However, I would suggest that Kaplan be more careful in selecting the instructor for live teaching. Both the GRE quantitative and verbal tutors, as well as the TOEFL iBT tutor, delivered the teaching so monotonously. They never let the students ask or interact during class, and they never mentioned the students' real names; they just said, "Someone in the chat room asked this and that".
