Nice supprise
We bought greenhouse and one of the pack with glasses were damage. we were very upset casu it was a weekend and we had to go for shopping to get new one to finish putting all parts together. I have mention this on the review straight to the point and my issue was sorted within few hours. They've made a point which I have never think about before (anything can happen during transport and they are not able to check it all but if you will give them a chance they will fix it). Great communication. Sorry for overreacting :-) Thx
