OK at Solving Issues, Great at Communication (End of Tenancy Review)
Shweta was very helpful over the phone and emails. There were some plumbing, electrical and kitchen issues with the property and where the fixes offered weren't always ideal or professional, they did get us through the year. A first time tenancy for me and it was a decent experience with a letting agency.
