Online orders can be improved.
Stores are pretty good. Sometimes they have the same product that is being carried at Nordy rack stores at the same time. However returning at TJX is a hassle for any online orders. You must have their original polybag packaging (which most stores don't require). Also they don't have automated tax calculation to make sure you get the correct tax back. So beaware. They have to manually change it. But honestly, they have some high end brands on their online store which is really amazing. But you can't search for these brand names bc they are hidden.
