Beware of CarNet, they are thieves!
Not a pleasent experience. I was charged a cleaning fee of the car without any prior notice. When complained, they said that this is part of the contract but I have proof (pictures) that the car was not dirty as they are claiming. What does this company expect? Cleaning the car before handing it back??! It's absurd!!! Also, despite having paid full insurance with CarNet, they still kept a deposit on the car. Customer care is super rude and not helpful at all. I would stay away from this company!!
