Delivery & Product Not in Stock
Since this company joined with Ready Fresh I’ve experienced several difficulties including wrong delivery dates in the app and not having Alkaline water in stock. I’m calling 1-2x a month being on hold for at least 30 minutes and then waiting to speak to a supervisor. They do compensate me but I’m only looking for my water to be delivered in a timely manner. This has occurred for the past 3 months.
