POOR AFTERCARE SERVICE As a returning customer of Southall Travel, I paid in excess of £12,500 for my family holiday to Thailand over Xmas. I paid extra for a private transfer and instead I had share a 4 and a half hour journey with another family. Staff at Southall (Garth) offered me a measly £35 compensation for this inconvenience.
